Is there a way to craft a bow?

I found a bow in a crate, my partner is looking for one but it seems we are unable to craft one? Or am I missing something.

you cannot craft wood bows

You can craft an iron bow.

Wooden Bows should be a pretty common drop though. And you can reinforce them with just wood.

And you can craft Slingshots.
