Dedicated Server version mismatch

It seems like after the update that started the cherry blossom tree event today, I can't properly connect when I start a dedicated server. It looks like game version updated for the event, but the dedicated server software won't update to match the game version - I've tried reinstalling the dedicated server software but it hasn't changed.

Are you using steam or steamcmd? I'm using steamcmd (command line steam based) and it giving the same error you are getting. When I use steam the dedicated server works fine so I think steamcmd is not working properly as I updated it aswell.

I'm using regular steam, not steamcmd. Interesting to know that someone else has it working properly, but then steamcmd isn't working for them.

I just restarted my server and made sure to update the server client and was all set
Like, as soon as i shut it down properly it auto updated that same day

I’m getting the same error. Using steam CMD and no luck getting my world to load anymore.

The game had an update so I ran the prompt to update my steam cmd and game. Validated the files and still no luck. I don’t know what to do anymore. Don’t want to lose the dedicated server world my friends and I have spent hours on. PLEASE HELP!

if you followed the guide on the wiki when you first installed the server, then remember to use "force_install_dir /home/corekeeper-server" inside of steamcmd so that it updates the server in the correct directory.

i just updated my dedicated server 2 hours ago and i could continue playing.
