Putting Similar Chests together to turn them into one big chest.

I know this sounds weird, but it'd be handy if similar chests could share inventories when placed next to each other. Would make organization easier, and it would make it easier to link crafting stations to them. Barring that, perhaps crafting range from chests could be increased, or artificially extended by using wires or conveyors or such.

A fair request, but I thing that big chest actually have a whole other column of space compared to two normal chests. That's prob some qol updates we are either getting at the end of developpement or never.

Would love this. Even if it costs additional crafting materials to make better chests that hold more then if you combine then into a double chest they hold EVEN MORE!
