Legacy permanent HP food items?

Looking at the core keeper fandom wiki, it's saying that Giant Mushroom and Amber Larva are "currently unavailable"

Does this mean a patch removed them from the game? I started playing January and got the giant mushroom but not the Amber Larva. Am I unable to get it now?

I've found at least two (possibly three) Giant Mushrooms in my current playthrough, which is a world I created at the end of March. So ... unless the Easter patch removed them, they're still in the game.

That said: They only give a benefit ONCE. So finding more than one is irrelevant (per character of course).

The items are not removed from the game, there are 2 versions of the items. One of them adds max health once per character, and is available in the game right now. The other is unobtainable and is a legacy item, that add max health every time you use it. This is the same for both the 'Giant Mushroom' and the 'Amber Larva'.
