The easiest one is the Wood Floor, which can be made at the basic workbench.

Also does anyone know how to paint lamps without painting the ground underneath? It's not a big deal but my base would look better (on the map) without the differently colored dots.
While i'll thank you for the feedback, I mean for the dirt around my base, I'm getting tired of seeing random rocks and grass bits all over the place.
I'm not seeing why you think my suggestion isn't a solution to your issue.
Inside your base, you have to option to control what the floor looks like to a highly granular degree. Some of the flooring is rough and irregular looking, but some of it is highly regular and clean looking, which seems to be what you're asking for.
Outside of your base, yes, you're going to see random rocks and grass, it's a cave. It's wilderness. Wilderness has random rocks and grasses.
Alternatively, you could go dig up rock flooring and use that. While not perfect, it is largely uniform in appearance. If none of those options work for you, then you'll probably need to consider modding the basic image files.
