hello,

I am looking for similar games like Core Keeper but much easier like this one. Core Keeper is way to hard for me and makes absolutly nor Fun. I can not make any progression nor can i get my refund anymore so i deleted the game. Maybe somebody knows a similar and easier game.

Thank you

If you like games like this i guess you know that to be in a hurry and rush bosses is the worst that you can make.

This game is made for much exploring. Has some thinghs that can be revieved but not is an hard game.

Like this.... Terraria? Stardev Balley? Miecraft?

Try Necesse.

Also you don't own Core Keeper on steam so maybe the "version" you have is old and has poor balance, a lot has changed since release.

Thank you. I simply removed Core Keeper from my account so it doesnt appear at my games list. Maybe i was rushing to fast in the game.

Maybe I'm bad at video games, but I find Core Keeper's enemy balancing to be...off. The enemies can easily overwhelm you and the bosses are ridiculous. You absolutely NEED to use food items for all the buffs, and generally I've had to skip bosses and come back later when I'm way over-geared.

As for other games, definitely Terraria. It has a creative mode (called Journey Mode) that lets you control a ton of parameters in the game. You can turn on god mode, adjust the time of day and weather, duplicate items (once you've researched them), etc. If you're more into farming I'd go with Stardew Valley. It does have a combat element to it, but it's much easier.

To be fair most bosses in terraria are way harder than the bosses in this game. Especially if you don't know how to make arenas to fight them in.

True, but you also have a lot more options for fighting. There are tons of different melee and ranged weapons, as well as summons. But I wasn't really taking difficulty into consideration. OP said he wanted similar games that were easier, which is why I brought up Terraria's Journey mode. Don't hafta worry about boss difficulty when you can just turn on god mode (I have no idea how the hell people manage to legitimately beat the Empress of Light in the daytime).

Also the fact that it allows for item duplication is really nice. When achievements got added in Core Keeper, some of them were retroactively applied but I didn't have any boss achievements, so I had to go back and beat them all again. Wasn't a big deal for the ones I can buy summoning items for, but now I'm going to have to farm slimes all over again for that crown summoning idol.

I believe you're going too fast in game. Just take your time, enjoy, explore. In the end, it's the joy of discovery that keeps me to keep playing this game

I beat her by using the pirate boat (master world) and a ranged or magic weapon (can't remember which). just have to keep moving very fast and weave up and down while firing.

This game is a very easy compared to Terraria. Actually, this game is just fairly easy. If you are trying to immediately kill the bosses as soon as you find them, they may give some trouble.

ok i will try out all suggestions and give the game another try. This time i will make slow pace and i will focus more on exploring and building a Bas first.

I tryed a new game builded a Base i do have Copper armor and the running feather. I do have wooden Bow i pushed me up with food. But HOW the Hell can i beat Glurch. Can not find a way. I am not good in doging and timing attacks. Ok haha never mind. I found a Slingshot and upgraded it with tin Bar. It was like a Heavy Machin gun hahaha. The Slimeboss was dead within 10 Seconds hahaha

The Hive Mother's acid attacks can be pretty nasty, especially when you have a bunch of larvae swarming you, so you'll need to do some preparation. I'd recommend you get a bunch of tin bars and craft a ton of spike traps. The Hive Mother won't attack until you hit her, so you can place spike traps around her arena to distract/deal extra damage to the larvae.

More importantly, craft yourself a fishing rod and go fishing in the clay biome (where the larvae are). Make sure to create a safe zone while you're fishing (create a little island or wall yourself off) and fish up several Green Blister Heads. They make you immune to acid for 30 seconds, so cook those together with something else (Carrocks give extra armor) and you won't have to worry about the Hive Mother's acid.

Also if you don't have it, you can craft the Slime Sword at the Glurch statue. It will slow down anything you hit with it, so it's extremely helpful if you get swarmed by a bunch of enemies and need to make some space.
