Am I really just expected to endlessly search this ocean for Broken Core Rooms? I think I've found but 1 out of the 16 metropolis searched. Probably have the full scholar set three times over. Also, losing my boat to a loose tentacle is not fun.

What has been your strategy for collecting the components to the Admin Key and Phantom Spark?

You can check out RonEmpire's video on the topic. Basically, key structures such as Boss arenas, Mega Forlorn Metropolises and Ghorm's Path all have a fixed radial distance from the core that they HAVE to spawn at. They have no patterns to them, and can spawn anywhere along the circle of their dedicated radius. For reference, if you've found Omoroth's arena, the Vault for Phantom Spark's glyph is slightly closer to the Core, while the 1st Mega Metropolis is slightly further away from the Core.

And again, they can spawn anywhere along the radial distance, so they can all line up, or they can all be thousands of miles apart. A cool trick(and silly) I used was using my fingers as a compass to draw a circle with my pivot finger placed on the core to roughly see what the possible area the Mega Metropolises are at.
