Take JC if you have the materials to craft all the epics, pay the fee and respec. Once you have the jewelry you wont need JC spec.

But at the end of the day, respeccing is so cheap considering we have nothing to use money on at the moment but once every 15-30 minutes to buy a new boss summon for the 100th time. So since it is so cheap, play around with different builds. But in a pure min max type of thinking, yes, do JC first get epics for each thing (2x for rings) then respec out of it.

How do you get epics from the JC? All i see are greens and blues in there

JC gives you a % chance to upgrade the blue to an epic when crafting. It isnt 100%. I believe 10% chance per point in it. You just have to spam make each thing til you get the epic then you can break down the blues to get some materials back or just sell them for money.

If they add more jewelry I could see going back to it. At the moment I have everything in multiples so its just wasted stats to me.
