Same for me. I had it in my library for a long time and thought about actually playing the Demo now, but now instead of a "Play" Button it is a "Buy" Button.

TBH Steam's return policy is in itself a demo for most games (I say most because some games it is impossible to learn about it in 2 hours). You have 14 days and less than two hours play time to get a refund.

The demo must have been working against their sales fugues, why else would they remove it? Tells a story that does.

Demo was taken down like a week before EA release so yea ... doubtful they took it down for that particular reason ..

I since read in another Discussion that they took it down shortly before/after EA release.
And that they don't plan on releasing another Demo.

I don't really know why that speaks against keeping the Demo up. Sure, the game changes a lot now, but the "Core" idea should stay the same.

I seen what you done there.

Shame, a demo would have helped me make up my mind. The 2 hour refund period is just not enough in most cases.

Honestly it's worth it for its price(I think its at least $7 for where Im from) and the content it has to offer as of now, but the lack of furniture it has is bothering me lol.

Thought the demo was a limited time thing and always going to be taken away as it was released during that steam indie event (i think it was called nexfest) or something like that.

Agree i would'nt of bought this if i didnt try the demo

The game costs $13, stop complaining and spend the $13 already! Its not like it is a $60 game!

No

I come from an ancient time where every game had a Demo.
Though back then every game cost $60 or equivalent.
I just wish they'd still do that.

And I am not gonna spend $13 on something to find out if I like it. Even if I can refund it, that is too many hoops to jump through to test a game.
