In the future of this game, do you think they will ever add game cards or achievements? This game is incredible already, and having those to work towards to make it even better for the games popularity.

i don't think achievements/cards make a game more popular.

actually i'v heard it's quite the opposite especially for achievements since people will burn themselves out while trying to get achievements or cause people to dislike the game/stop playing because their doing something they don't want to do a good game will promote personally achievement/goals since those are way better than pre-defined achievements.
