Ancient feather

I got a few of em randomly, but now i need em and i don't know where to find em. Any specific place ?

Wilderness biome (the one with the grass walls). Feathers lie on the ground as long shapes, either blue or yellow. Hit them with an axe to pick them up (other tools work too, but weapons don't).
