Is there a started guide any where? I saw someone mention a wood farm and slime farm how do I build these? I haven't gotten any wood seeds as of yet.

Wood farm is pretty much a spacious building with the root seed in a 3 or more tile inbetween placement

Slime farm, havent done it. But i guess its concentrating a mass of slime fllor with tin spike traps inbetween.

Wood can be farmed anywhere if you have a Root seed. Simply place it down and wait, after a while it will fully grow and start growing roots from its core. Leave the core alone and just havest the roots and it'll continue to create wood.

You only need rooms for ... Well, thats a spoiler. Point is, you dont need rooms for farms. You can farm anywhere theres dirt or rock.

Yeah i finally got some seeds i made the farm rooms just for the look of a base but yes got the hang of it now, thanks all! :)

Just make sure you dont smash the root you originally planted.. When I first started I planted them all next to each other and smashed them when they got leafs. Turned out they continuously grow new tree limbs that you can harvest.
