Oracle Cards

Does anyone know what the oracle cards are for?
What can you do with it and how many are there?
I have 2 so far.
Oracle card "Aura" and Oracle card "Brilliance".

there is a hidden structure in the desert that contains an item you can use to craft "the oracle deck"
you need 9 of those cards to craft it

You can craft a rare offhand accessory with them and the threads of fate recipe. I can't get brilliance to drop. It's < 1% drop chance from stone urns and dig spots.

i can share you a brilliance card, i got 3 of it
i got all 9 cards but i m unable to find the structure to unity them
the digging spot in the desert card took me the longest to find btw
