New player quick tips!!!!

Gonna keep this very short but these are decent tips to help you further down the road ...

Farms, Hearty berry and Bomb peppers are the 2 most useful plants in game !
Hearty berry for potions and peppers , well for bombs :P Sure you can make all sorts of food but those 2 are needed for other items so you'll need more if you alsoplan to use them for food !

Background does not matter ,you want a main advantage ? Make one of each , drop his starting gear in a chest and get all of their starting stuff ! In the end , the few extra points dont matter , only the starting equipment , which you can get all if you choose to do so !

Explore and discover the map the smart way ... Make a grid , choose the size but stick with it , use bridges and railroads and to keep connected to your futhest destination point . Think ahead , because the map is huge and its gonna have 2 more biomes to it ..

Do not oversize your farm , keep them simple for your solo or MP needs , not only will they create lag isssues in base is its too big , but will become a 24/7 job if its big enough that by the time you are done , you need to start over ...You will ever only need X much food buffs ..

One more , dont get attached to the crafted chest , you can get as many as you want of the 2x1 chest from bosses just by farming them !

Feel free to add any advice that pertains to endgame but should be known in early game ! :P


Another one , fiber plant are worthless , you get so much fiber and its barely used for anything , that wasting a farm spot for them is WORTHLESS but only currently , who knows , fiber might become a decent ressource later on early access! :P
