The season pass has a pair of costumes exclusive to it (included in ultimate).
If you don't care about costumes, the deluxe edition's starter weapons and equipment can be decent but not exactly required.
Similarly, if you don't care about costumes then the season pass is not a great value proposition compared to getting the two recipes and the extra scenario separately.
If you do care about costumes, the deluxe edition is a bit cheaper than base game + season pass.
So it mostly depends on if you care about costumes or not.
I would personally go for the base game and only the "content" DLCs since I don't care about costumes, but since you clearly do then that would be the best way.
