Breath Organ... man...

Couldn't find this info via search engine easily, so it's going here

This is a very hard-to-get-item. Luckily there are several chances to get it. It's a requirement for you to get a recipe. However, one of the recipe requirements of the game is that you have to acquire the item, not have one in the inventory already.

• One of the treasure chests in the desert
  
• Nightmare Muster. Despite what the game says, you can indeed return from here when you enter. Where I got it: I got it from one of the mid bosses
  
• Dragons... somehow. I beat up so many dragons and no drop... See below for which normal dragon fight I got it in
  
• Poison Seeds. 5-7 days in a row and no drop. (Thanks to Crescens, try 999 quality with max stats)

From four poison seeds, one in each greenhouse, the game give me 3 Breath Organs. One potential thing is that the seeds that I use are 999 quality, completely maxed out on all effects with all 5 star traits on them.

That might be it. Mine were 248 Quality. I'll try with 999

Nice. It took 2 rounds with 999 quality, and I got them. The rate with 999/max stats on poison seeds, S Rank, is maybe 20-30% ish for me.
