where the heck is this zone?? i need the azure dragon scale and some other things.

It's a zone in the Plachta DLC
You can either do the DLC and then unlock the zone in the main game (The DLC is a prequel to the game, i wish i did it before the game tbh but the tutorials aren't in the DLC, they expect you to have played the game first)
Or you can find the Goldnaire (big dragon) in Zelgador Summit.

If you can't get it from the Goldnaire i think there is a chest you have to get the item from first, in Nightmare Muster/Wicked Dream, before the Goldnaire starts dropping it.
Just what I'm reading though, so can't confirm, I didn't have any issues getting it.

How do i get goldenair to show? ive done all the weathers and it never shows up on the map.

Ok I relaunched the game and I remember now !
You need to get the EX quest that asks you to kill a Goldnaire in Zelgador Summit,
Like a bunch of other EX monsters they don't spawn unless you have the quest

If you don't see it in the list you may have to clear some others and then pass some time and come back to check the list !

PS : Forgot to add, just in case, you get the EX quests in crystal sparkle pavilion, its from the requests lists
