Im getting constant crashes to desktop

no warnings, no error messages (unless i look for them) just straight to desktop. my video drivers are updated, my computer is more than capable of the recommendations, i've tried lowering some of the settings ingame, but the crashes keep happening =/ any ideas?

I got them frequently if I mouse scrolled quickly down the alchemy list.

Just got me into habit of saving frequently and not rushing it.

i've only been able to play it for like 30 minutes. and it crashed 4 times just doing conversation stuff. it doesnt seem to have a particular trigger that i can figure out. makes the game unplayable for me :(

any sign of help or options available? i dropped 100 bucks on this game and its unplayable.. i dont have much time left before im gonna be forced to refund it =/ and i'd really rather not do that

have you tried to verify the game files? have you updated/changed your drivers recently? It seems this error "0x80000003" it's related to hardware not meeting the requirements for the game/corrupted drivers. Also try to unplug any controller that you might have been using.

i've tried verifying, updating everything, virus scans, malware scans, reinstalling the game. im quite sure it cant be low requirements.. while its not top of the line, i have a pretty beefy computer that should more than exceed this game.
