How to challenge someone to a match?

I've been playing for a quite and can't seem to find an option to challenge someone to a match with me, i know in previous game WR 3D you could just click on a character you want to fight and then set date/rules/match type, now it's just have 2 options "Can you ever forgive me/Do you want to be friends" and "Nevermind".
My character have 90+ on every stat, Attitude is 85 and Popularity is 95, so stats shouldn't be a problem.

In the dialog window, < and > indicate that you can click left and right to select the option

Oh man thanks so much, i was having so much trouble with this. i thought maybe the pc version was ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up or i was missing something else. i never wouldve thought the arrows where showing different options.
