Report a translation problem
You need to go to C:/Users/Windows Account Name/AppData/LocalLow/MDickie and delete the Wrestling Empire folder there and that should reset the game.
If you haven't figured it out yet and if you installed Steam natively (I don't suggest using Flatpak for Steam), it will be in the following directory:
/home/<youruser>/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1620340/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/MDickie/Wrestling Empire
Just replace <youruser> with what you use on Linux. If you did use Flatpak, just find where it installed Steam and follow the same folder structure from there.
