Help Reset Game

So, i wanted to delete all my data, tried to delete save files from the folders and deactivate backups, re installed the game and once im in the "ex careers" i still see my longest character or the one with most friends. how can i delete those. thanks

Disable the Steam cloud too, then delete the save files

then i think im doing something wrong or i have some savefiles i cant find since i did that but when i open the game they are still there

I too cannot figure out how to fully reset the game to the default state when it was first installed.

You need to go to C:/Users/Windows Account Name/AppData/LocalLow/MDickie and delete the Wrestling Empire folder there and that should reset the game.

If you haven't figured it out yet and if you installed Steam natively (I don't suggest using Flatpak for Steam), it will be in the following directory:

/home/<youruser>/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/1620340/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/LocalLow/MDickie/Wrestling Empire

Just replace <youruser> with what you use on Linux. If you did use Flatpak, just find where it installed Steam and follow the same folder structure from there.
