How is time/sleep works?

Hi! I recently start playing and so far I'm loving what i see :) But i can't understand how to time management. Show ending at 20:00 PM, in 00:00 AM like every NPC saying, that I need to sleep. I go to hotel to sleep, see popup screen, that i sleep around 7-6 hours, but time skips ahead to evening around 18:00 PM! So i need go to sleep, like, at 9 AM?

if i'm correct, it doesn't matter at what time you go to sleep, roaming ALWAYS will start 2 hours before your match starts, only exception being someone dying where it starts 5 hours before your match

spend a lot of time in the subway for more roaming time >:)
(basically anyone that attacks me unprovoked ends up on the tracks if i see them down there. I don't start anything, but i always end it.)
