Please allow editing of contracts for Career Mode so we can enable Creative Control if we must.
It's immersion breaking when I am Vader and am forced - FORCED - to "become a copy of El Matador". And take ugly haircuts. And have them change my moveset.

Ugh!

This would be very nice, along with being able to select multiple clauses if the promoter felt you were worth it. I know there are a lot more clauses - both favorable and unfavorable - but in WR3D, you had the option of creative control, guaranteed pay, health insurance, none of them, or a combination of them. If MDickie is trying to be realistic, it's more unrealistic for a well-established wrestler to NOT have a guaranteed downside and have at least some control over their look, what moves they can or can't do, etc.

It does not help me. It upsets me that every month or so in-game, my character is screwed with. I spend 40 mins to "fix" the guy, then its broken again 10 mins later with something else screwed up that I didn't want.

I want ONLY creative control and I would rather not play than have my gaming experience ruined by this horse crap.

I don't care about realism in a game where Enzo Amore can trap Bret Hart with a submission move and keep him trapped for 1/4 his health, then insta-reverse half of what Bret does back.

I am really talking about when I start a game - I would like to set my initial career up with my guy to have "Creative Control" to protect myself from the unfun parts that take an hour to fix.

During negotiations, it's easy to get Creative Control by taking a 60% pay cut.

I play games for escapism, not so I have another place where my experience doing something is ruined by an idiot boss screwing with me "you're my doll and I will dress you how I want, here you're El Matador now, here enjoy this crappy moveset".

I feel like promoters changing your appearance should be tied to your popularity stat. If its over lets say 75 then hell no dont keep forcing me to change when im already established and a champion.

For me, I just want to be able to edit starting contract terms like I can a wrestler's attitude and popularity.

Maybe when starting a career, the game should determine if you work for a real promotion (not wrestling school) and if yes, send you to contract negotiations right away. You CAN get creative control if you're willing to take a big loss on money. So that would solve it for me.

Even better would be clicking the contract itself on the upper right corner of the roster screen and changing the number of weeks, clauses, and money. If the player "cheated" they will get asked to take a pay cut or likely be fired (even though there is no such thing as cheating in a single player game, because there is no other human playing that you made an agreement with).
