Repair Hull?

I'm down to Hull 1 due to Warp Storm, I've been able to researh Void Shields, but it seems it just improves the maximum number of hull points, I'm not able to find any way to repair them, any idea? Or is that a feature not available?

In the middle tab there is a repair project. It is the last option.

I cannot find, in the middle tab (Defense system) I can only find upgrades for void shields, gun batteries, exterminatus and mechanical bay.

In the right tab I only have barracks, meditation chambers, apothecariom and augurium.
And in the left the upgrades for the reactor, augmentation chamber, libris-malleus and warp drive

Did you read what the Mechanical bay actually does? :)
