Stuttering

When I move the cursor between abilities the game stutters. This happens during missions and on the ship in the barracks. Changing graphics settings doesn't help. At the same time, I played about half a year ago and this did not happen. Someone can help?

No, i did not. Devs contected me and try to help, but the they cant to. So i stoped playing it.

I have the same problem. Reinstalling didn't help. With every click of the mouse the game seems to stutter. I think the problem is not with my system. I was still playing when the last DLC appeared. there were no problems there.
