Maybe Dark Elves, although I would imagine Witch Hunters, not Daemonhunters, would investigate and purge the likes of Dark Elves.
1) Some basic, money grabbing DLCs and then the devs will drop the game to make the next one (see Mordheim and Necromunda)
2) GW will pull the license with no notice and the devs will dissappear (see Titanicus)
Dark Eldar would be the purview of the Ordo Xenos and the Deathwatch.
Heck, even some Night Lords, Alpha Legion, and Iron Warriors wouldn't be out of place as enemies, because even though those CSM as a whole aren't necessarily hardcore Chaos worshippers, they do have members who are deeply steeped in the Ruinous Powers.
Drukhari could feature as enemies, but they wouldn't be the primary threat--more of a secondary enemy because they were up to something in the area.
Given it had the word DAEMON in its title..
Sadly, the 2nd one happens all too often.
A few games I play you can never get the DLC due to licensing reasons.
If you're talking about playing as those factions, that won't happen. The game has "daemonhunters" in the title for a reason. Although, I admit it would be awesome to play as the Necron's borderline unkillable C'Tan Star God of Death, Destruction and Darkness: Aza'gorod the Nightbringer ("Kaelis Ra" to the Aeldari). Plus they wouldn't need any voice acting for the Necrons.
