Its probably psycho hypnotically removed from them like other emotional states that do not help on the battle field and even if they did feel love they could not do anything about it. I mean if they were gay they could ♥♥♥♥ each other but I suspect such action would be frowned apon or outright banned due to them being genetic siblings of a sort, then if they were heterosexual then the only chance they have would be an Ogryn women... lets be honest either sexuality sex with an un-augmented human would only result in a bloody mess left of bone, muscle and lots of gooey unidentifiable liquids.
