Adding mine clearing vehicles UR-77 Meteorit to Soviet divisions

If the developers have already mastered the addition of mine clearing vehicles, then it might be worth considering the option of adding UR-77 Meteorit vehicles to the 79th and 39th Divisions.

It's probably get added to one of new Soviet Divisions down the line, those vehicles are to a point meant to be somewhat 'rare', so spreading them around like candy feels redundant. It's a gimmick unit after all, and let's be honest, thanks to the Division system, being a minor nation is no longer a massive debuff.

I would agree that they should be gimmick units for the C deck's so that they can excel in CQC/INF.
