WARNO
Maps are a Disaster in Warno, IMO
Way too many are absolutely huge, 10vs10, which in of itself is outside the norm of what most people would play. Nowhere near as many smaller 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, etc., then they're all dark and murky, really takes away from the overall look of the game. I guess the sun never came out during the Cold War, hilarious, there are only two maps, I've found where it's bright and sunny out. The settings for morning, afternoon, evening etc., appear to be broken completely, you can try, though a defaulted evening map, is ALWAYS going to be overly dark, regardless of what you set it to.

Can you expand on what you mean, why don't you like the large maps? It gives you more room to manoeuvre and flank the enemy. You can pull off really cool strategies.

Maps are too small - not too big

Yeah I also agree on this one
Still better than SD2 maps.

I don't like the most maps as well.
They feel to generic.
Weird, random complaints. Maps are great, there seem to be more than SD2 and Wargame combined, and devs have constantly been pushing out exciting new free variations. Learn map editor and make your own if you have an issue

Oh I get that, I do, I've been playing this series of game, since day one, though 2 vs 2 is probably how most play and a 10 vs 10 map, is absolutely huge and against the AI leads to tons of logistics issues for the AI to fully process. Believe there should be more mid sized maps for 2 vs 2, and the settings for them should work a lot better, vice what we currently have, mostly evening maps.

I did go into many and changed the atmosphere to chemical, vice their defaults, they look tremendously better now.

AI is bad at the game. Just try to play with a real person. Also your starter shouldn't be enough for whole game
The real issue is that the maps in WARNO are too flat. There are no complex height differences in the terrain which makes for terribly boring gameplay. The West Fulda map on the workshop is THE example of what WARNO maps should of been and still could be one day (I hope)

I have noticed this as well, definitely a huge letdown on the terrain aspects.

Thats how east germany is :lunar2019laughingpig: its a big empty plain with berlin in the center, and the occasional artificial hill created by coal mines or whatever
Its the same size for the Enemy team.
Most maps are too small especially in a 10v10 scenario.
Personal preference but more tactical games come from playing 6p maps with 4 players.

Though how much of the player base actually play in this mode, 10 vs 10, just seems completely outlandish, at least to me, would be total chaos, 20 players.
