I only play skirmish with mods, vanilla is too fast for me and I'm not particularly into PvP, I don't enjoy missing out on playing WARNO every other day because of an update or hotfix that breaks my mod of choice ;-)
I have posted about this many times.
I have been led to believe that updating mods can be done with scripts, which speeds up the process. (don't mod, so maybe name changes screw up a scripted update?)
Even so, I'm sure that it can be frustrating (for modders) to have to update as often as was necessary this past month or so.
