Arty Card Availability Nerf was not enough. Nothing changed in 10v10!
As expected, players just dropped a slot from another tab and purchased the additional Grad.

Recommended changes:

1. Limit Rocket Arty to one card per type. KDA would still keep the Napalm plus one Grad for example.
2. Enforce a 1 minute delay before arty (any) can be used after the game starts to stop the gamey mechanic of aiming arty at a chockepoint.

you know you CAN avoid obvious chokepoints in an engagement...
yeah, make balance changes based on a small fraction of the playerbase that purposefully choses to play an umbalanced mode, continue to negativelly affect the single player community that consists of 80%+ of the players because of the 10v10 crowd

80% of the artillery problems in 10v10 are because the target is a potato.

Move your units after you fire, get spotted or move out of LOS of the enemy. They will shell where they think you are. Don't be there.

Use recon to stop them parking in your rear and seeing everything.

I had a game where there was a super puma transport hovering over the spawn point and no one else noticed for 10 minutes.

i disagree. its hard to recover from a mass nato helo rush on the new map which grants them access to closer reinforcements. plus you just use the remaining helispam to scout the FOBs

you shoot the heli spam down, which is not hard if you are paranoid and have AA you bought before they arrive.

And spotting fobs is epic, and since they have their guns off so as they tour the whole back line I turn off my AA.

The mutual respect of the fob haters.

And yes the new map is really harsh on pact because we have so many artillery enthusiasts who contribute nothing at the start so our ability to take either zone is restricted and NATO always has 4 AB divisions that get there first.

Hehehe. I don't play 10v10, so you have to know what it sounds like to someone like me.

"I just got instantly destroyed," - "Those arty spammers spoil it for everyone," - "NATO is OP," and then elsewhere on the same day, "PACT is OP."

So many of the posts project an air of such entitlement, many of them are aggressive...

Reminds me of a great video put up some time ago by one guy - he got some cobras out over the water, and into the backdoor and then he just blitzed the FOBS, I think there were two.

And then there were none.

10v10 is fun just for the scale. one time it was 16 empty chinooks drive around the rear of the map, with their guns off so they don't stop, and each fob as it is spotted gets shelled into oblivion.

ASFs everywhere and every flavour of AA getting bought to try and kill this blob before it gets to their fob.
No problems with arty, mlrs. So Eugen bring me back my legions Grads!

Maybe make them less acurate but return numbers. Same with CAS planes (A10 and Su25)
