Was the problem that they always seem to miss? I've found that my ATGM helicopters can miss shot after shot, and I've been assuming it's a skill issue on my part not microing them to a complete stop to use their stationary weapons.
The FITOW seems a bit bugged. An 16 AP missile hitting a target with side armor 3 will kill every time, but the FITOW - which has 16 AP and targets top armor which is usually only 3 strong - seems to be capped at about 4 points of damage.
Overall, the British deck is a general all-round deck, which means it does okay in all situation but will suffer against specialized decks in their prefer terrain.
The VDV infantries will make short work of the British SAS and airbornes in CQB.
Soviet MBTs and IFVs will outperform the Challies and Warrior over open grounds.
The British air and AA tab is decent, but again lose outright to specialized Soviet air decks and Tungs are the best SPAA in the game.
