On the flip side some city maps are so bright even during the night that if I zoom out I can't actually see the boundary of the control zones.
Gameplay comes first. But in this case it seems graphics came first.
I don't have this issue with any other games, using the LG 34GS95QE-B, it's perfect with everything else.
I absolutely agree, definitely noticeable.
Nice, I have a 32" LG, yeah your issue is not the monitor.
I will look though settings. . .
Edit: nothing I can see in settings to change.
Maybe try this mod for the UI issues but for screen brightness I've got nothing.

Thanks for the response, I'm sure Eugen will address this, they're typically good about fixing things, it's as if almost every map now is set in the dark, regardless of what you select, morning, afternoon, etc., they all look the same, I've tested the same map on different daytime settings, no change.

My thoughts as well, believe they messed this game up going this direction, I find myself playing SDII a lot more because of the look of the maps.
I think devs shout reverse some changes and improve quality, color and contrast.
