Downloading issue

Hello, Ive been having this weird issue since the game launched where my download resets if its stopped or losses connection. Ive already followed the steam help fixes and none of them has worked such as clearing the download cache and changing the servers region. Unfortunately I live in a rural area so my download is only .5 mb/s but ive never had this issue with any other game and its only warno other things download normally. Id really appreciate any help. Ive played the game since early access fine no issues but havent been able to play since launch and its because of this issue

A. Try downloading it overnight while you're asleep. Turn off-off all other connected devices, phones, tablets, etc, anything. Turn off your anti-virus and set Steam friends to offline mode. Anything that uses ANY internets whatsoever, disable overnight, scrimp bandwidth for your download. Hope for a win.

B. Steam will allow you to transfer files between network attached devices. Like, if you have a laptop and a PC connected to the same home network. You can transfer the files from the laptop to the PC, therefore bypassing the internet. Sooo, if you can drive a laptop to a spot with better internet, accomplish the download, and bring it back home; you should be in business.
