AG Reinforcements
how do the the reinforcements work in the army general now? the layout seems so weird compared to steel division or red dragon i dont get it.

As explained in the Tutorials, units must be adjacent to the attacking or defending units' Zone of Control *and* they must have 4 Action Points remaining in order to reinforce.

Personally, I think the system here is much more intuitive than it was in Steel Division.

I meant getting new regiments or planes or anything not for a battle. Like in red dragon and steel division you had points to spend on new divisions but now it seems kinda weird

Calling in additional regiments works just like it does in Steel Division. There's a tab at the top-left of the Stretegic Map that shows what regiments will be available, and clicking on a regiment will tell you when you can call it in (for example, on the NATO side, you can call in the 13th Panzer on or after Turn #9.)
