The KUB is now useless

Every DDR deck that relies on them is now an inferior version of the Soviet 35th.

I understand range may have been a problem - why nerf the accuracy that much in exchange?

You need to vet them. Planes have ECM and you need to take that into account with your KUB accuracy. A 50% ECM plane will essentially dodge two out of three missiles. There is a reason why some players just use elite level KUBs. They take down planes. A veteran KUB is much better if you want two KUBs. Do not rely on the KUB alone, you need the S-10M and AA guns to soften them up for your heavy SAMs. You need to function as an AA network. This isn't WG:RD.

there is no or very little precision bonus with the upvet since OUDINOT

When you take into account what the 4th and 7th have that are somewhat "reliable" - Strela's and Iglas (with a 2s firing time which makes a world of difference)- this is what the Soviet 35th has, except the 35th has far better tanks and aircraft to make up for this in other ways.

Right now, there is no reason to consider two of the DDR decks when its AA compliment used to be a really positive factor. 7th is even worse because smoke dispensers were taken away from T-72's. NATO aircraft make absolute mincemeat out of them an often get away with minor damage.

If the Kub's changes are irreversible, surely they need Osa's.
