That said, yes the devs stated that the 11th ACR "Black Horse" operation is supposed to be the very first introductory scenario.
sorry messed up, wanted to type tutrial.
you can deploy units at the beginning in the forward area, you just cant call in extra units on top of your start set up until that command vehicle reaches Bad Orb
A burst or two of 20 mm that HIT a helicopter, armored or not, should destroy it or ROUT it (it actually files in the opposite direction out and cannot be commanded).
In contrast, the rank 1 M1A1's rout after a couple of hits - which is how the game is supposed to work given the emphasis on suppression.
TLDR: it is hard to watch autocannon AA score hits on helicopters for 10 plus seconds only for them to spin around and still get rockets on target
On first try i covered the Command as ordered and lost hard.
On second try i delayed was moving back and lost hard. Lost all units by time in a ongoing war of attrition. Cause i did not hold two command zones and had to few AA.
So just dont listen what they say just slay the dumb AI.
Nice, i will try them :)
