MARS and the Burrito do the same thing.

also availability is kinda sketch, rn nato can outnumber ussr in mlrs numbers. idk how accurate that is.
also fix uragan bug, its been a year already. same with tos-1. both bugged.
Uragan will shoot 2 salvos at the same location. It will not move after shooting 1st salvo if given a SHIFT move order. No other mlrs behaves like this. It's a bug since its introduction. I made multiple post reporting it, 1st one like last year in may.
It makes the Uragan be more micro intesive than other mlrs', since you need to give shoot order, wait untill it finishes firing, go back to it, select it and move it.
Tos-1 after firing and reloading will display the "READY" text, but if you give another fire order, it will aim to about 90%'ish and then stop and take ages to fire again.
I think the text doesn't count 240sec, but something less, but the unit itself knows it's not really reloaded and waits for the real 240sec to pass before shooting again.
This makes it hard to know when the unit is actually reloaded.
