What's up with Airborne Infantry ?
I mean only one air mobile infantry unit, that's kind of a buzz kill.

What's the point of having costly infantry units if can't air lift them directly into enemy AA ?

They can deploy much further than any other units -> they can get to the good postions faster. Speed is important in Warno. In SD2 it wasn't.

Are you sure you're playing the right game? Warno has

NATO:
Aero-Rifles in Blackhawks
Army Rangers in Blackhawks
French Aeromobiles in Super Pumas
British Airmobiles in Lynxes

Pact:
Desantniki in Mi-2s or Mi-8s

For NATO Recon:
US Army Scouts in Blackhawks
BDR Aufklarer, Jager Aufklarer, FS-Jager B1s and Green Beret Detachment "A" in UH-1 Hueys
British Scouts and Airmobile Scouts in Lynxes and Gazelles
Eclaireurs in Alouettes

For Pact Recon:
Razvedka and DDR Aufklarer in Mi-8s
DDR Einsatzgruppe and Sprengtaucher in Mi-2s

That's 17 types of air-mobile infantry unit, which is a lot more than one.

Nothing is stopping you from flying your helos full of costly infantry directly into enemy AA and then rage-quitting. :b

That's not how this game works. Each airborne battlegroup has one air mobile infantry unit.

I like playing a Airborne deck and I do like the ``vanguard deployment`` but I don't know I feel like there's too much ground infantry deployment.
