Will modding be easier compared to Red Dragon? For example, as in Total War, we'll be able to change models?

Considering its the exact same engine as WGRD and SD2. Im gonna guess no.
Short of Eugene releasing dev tools or SDK but wouldnt hold your breath.

Against random player in MP, skins visible to the player yes, otherwise no. There are complete overhaul mods and the game has a workshop so it is already very accessible.

As it is currently if a player joins a lobby using a particular overhaul mod, the game will install the mod and relaunch.

Frago and Warno let loose are both excellent mods that fix much of the issues ingame. Give them a try if you want to see how the game will play with most issues fixed.

certainly, frago and let loose can modify statistics, but from what I saw (and I went through the workshop), there are no mods similar to blitz war or annihilation for example, it is to say no total conversion mods bringing warno into the modern era or into W40K (yes there is a W40k mod in WGRD), and from what I understand there are modders who want to do this, but who cannot because the modding tools are insufficient, and the devs have not communicated on the subject since the release of the workshop. so in the meantime I stay on blitz war mod on WGRD
