Patch v.89358 (Hotfix OUDINOT)

[[EUG] MadMat]

This patch fixes some issues detected after OUDINOT's release (especially choppers) and introduces price rebalance following the latest changes.

CODE FIXES:

• fixed a crash that happened in 10v10
  
• fixed a rare crash in tutorials
  
• fixed the Name Only's label display, now showing more info
  
• fixed the loading icon for infantry exiting a building
  
• obsolete mods can't be activated anymore
  
• fixed the HE value's display for some weapns in the unit panel

DATA FIXES:

• fixed M40A1 RCL's caliber localization from 90mm to 106mm (display only)
  
• fixed Satchel charge's (display only) bug displaying it as MOTION instead of STATIC
  
• fixed CMD CHALLENGER's veterancy drop-off i 1st Armoured
  
• fixed F-117A's stealth
  
• fixed Battle Rifle reloading time error, now set at 1,75s
  
• fixed an issue with mirage IV Sead not using bombs
  
• fixed low suppression value on SAM missiles such as (RAPIER, 9M37M, Igla...)
  
• upadated veterancy bonus' hints

GENERIC:

• increased all magazine-fed SAW's reload time from 1,2 to 1,8. This affects RPK, L4 Bren & L86A1 LSW
  
• air to ground missile dispersion is now much greater

Just tested, helicopters still flying battleships. Mi-24P can take 16 seconds of constant fire of 1 PIVADS and 1 Tarasque.

I'm also wondering what this means exactly. As far as I am aware, AGM guidance doesn't really have a "dispersion" like an artillery round would have.

Eugen there are some errors in the prices displayed in the patchnotes.

Example: escorte pc never been at 55 and now you say 60 but they are at 25. Same with chasseurs and some others units.
