A/ there were much more NATO countries than Pact.
B/ there were much more NATO arms producers than Pact (basically, using Soviet equipment)
C/ the game is set in central Germany andfeature nations involved there.
Soviet Mi-24V [RKT] & Su-17M4 [RKT] and E-German MiG-21bis [RKT] want a word with you.
All equipped with S-13.
Typical one-sided bias.
Also, to add something of relevance, the Pact divisions are all more generally suited for a number of varied situations - even the airborne division gets heavy tank support. The NATO divisions are much more specialized in their roles and can either excel in the right scenario, or struggle greatly in the wrong match-up.
If it makes you feel any better, they have stated they will add Poland and Czechoslovakia as a DLC in the future. Since they were never deployed there, but in the event of a war breaking out, surely they would send troops as they are neighbors to the DDR
can interpret this as if i won't see much more diversity?
not as much of a bias, just expressed my impressions from what i saw, is this a crime really
also i have a question why Su-27S is more expensive than F-15? F-15 has F&F and more ECM, which are main stats for ASF
is this an oversight or am i missing something? doubt short range missiles amount worth more than ECM and F&F
thanks
oh i have no doubt on that, $40 for early acces shows the ambitions
there were much more than 7 divisions in ГСВГ and NVA combined
who's biased now huh
Atleast NORTHAG DLC will probably have to feature a division or two from both soviets and eastern germans on top of polish divisions.
SOUTHAG? Yea if I had to guess we'll get atleast one soviet div there on top of the czechoslovak divisions
EDIT: obviously number of combinations for equipment creates a ♥♥♥♥ ton of divisions but i guess they have to be sorta based on reality and i don't have enough knowledge/data on whether eugen *could* make enough interesting soviet divisions to provide more for now
i feel like pact divisions lack in diversity, despite the fact there's a lot of different equipment available at the time
so i voiced it
and i get bashed for it now
nice
No, what you got "bashed' for was that:
... based on a statement which wasn't even true (no Pact helo with S-13) if you looked in the Armory.
