Some Division ratings seem to be misleading
As the title says, and maybe it's just me, but some of the division ratings divisions are feel ... misleading at best. Atleast gameplay wise. Not all mind you, but the following - subjectively- stand out:

NATO:
5e Division Blindee - A Tier:
I cannot fathom what makes this one A Tier. Even compared to the 11E they feel weaker in their niche? Not competitive vs any other A Tier and a hard contender for C Tier imho.

PACT:
K.d.A. Bezirk Erfurt - C Tier:
On Urban maps more like A Tier, otherwise Btierish? Definitely not C Tier and currently imho one of the best division pact has access to.

7.Panzerdivision - A Tier:
Like the 5e, what makes this one A Tier? Is this thing even better than the 4. Mot? It's a tank division that cannot into tanks, arty, infantry, helicopters or AA... The 8th Inf. is basically better in every single aspect - and that one is B Tier.

If the tier system is anything like the one in SD2 all it means is how offensive/defensive oriented a division is. A is most offense, C is most defense. They probably should have done something else, the intuitive response is to assume that the A tier decks are the best overall quality. Something better might have been just giving divisions a little sword or shield icon to represent their overall intended role.

Never thought one could interpret them this way - in SD2 they just looked... worse.
