The music: what do you guys think?
I personally do not like the music. I loved the music in SD2, but this music is... okay it fits the time period, but that's about it.

What do you guys think? Good? Bad? Indifferent?

Not a fan, I want intense music. Something that captures the tension of the ColdWar, the fear. The music now sounds like an 80s arcade fighting game....

I love it. The music in Steel Division 2 didn't really do it for me, but modding fixed that. Hopefully modding will be like SD 2's, I'd like to add more tracks(like 80s Cold War songs or other synthwave tracks). For now, just doing the old "Winamp in the background" workaround lol.
well, i like the music of wargame more :D I will turn the music off in the next games

I think a few "normal" tracks mixed in with the option to choose like in wargame would come a long way but in the end most people will mute the music and use their own or none anyway. Also the modding center in sd2 allowed for the soundtrack to be modded which is nice.

I'm a metalhead but i like the music so far. Especially one song/part of it

The Scorpions "Winds of Change" is the essential Cold War song.

This music is bumpin'. I will admit that I do like the symphonic soundtracks from WG/SD, but this is a nice change of pace. Maybe add in the other OSTs as a selection (I believe they did this in Red Dragon, didn't they?).

I don't think they did, or I never saw the option for it.

I'm down with the music, suits the era and has enough energy to get things going.

It was kindof ok for like 15 minutes then i muted it.

These games aren't really known for their good soundtracks though so it's expected.

I think they did, it is in the settings. I prefer SD2 music. TBF music is one of those things that not everyone will agree on. I like the idea of having the old music as an option. Or maybe mods that change the music.

It's out of place. The lowkey background ambience of Airland Battle and Red Dragon was fine. Another case of Eugen fixing things that aren't broken, much like the UI which has become a total mess.

The music is excellent. Especially at one track i turn the heasphones on max and watch my clusterbombs strike.

There's no accounting for taste
... but so far, feedbacks have been mostly good about it.
