Has anyone found all the cans?

My frame rate is horribly low, the game basically works in slow-motion, even if my pc meets the minimum requirements and I set the graphics options to the minimum. Has anyone else the same problem?

I am not sure if this is a "lost in translation" issue, but I don't quite understand the ending text of Ending 1. Whose POV is the ending text? It is certainly neither the protagonist (delivery guy) or the landlord. Could that imply Kouhei is innocent, and there is an actual killer hiding in Room 404? But what is "landlord's passbook"?...

RTX 2080 TI I9-9900k 32gb RAM H150I pro water cooler I play many games, and never go above 70°C, yet this game goes 80°C and above. granted im in 4k, and all setting are turned on, but so do all my other games, even Cyberpunk didn't do that. I think i might be missing something here, or does anyone else have issues with this game's heat on the GPU...
