Extra features on mobile?

I've downloaded this game a long time ago on mobile, iPad specifically. When I completed all the puzzles on the mobile version, I distinctly remember there being two epic abilities that show up: the ability to cause events and the ability to turn back age on any chosen individual. Both these abilities required tech points.

Are these end game features not available on the purchased desktop version? I noticed that after I acquired all the tech skills, all the villagers avoided the researching table, even if they mastered researching or have that set as their preferred skill.

If this game, free, on the mobile app store had these features yet the paid version on desktop doesn't have this, I will be sorely disappointed and angry too. That means I can't save my favourite person by reversing their age to prevent them dying of old age like I previously did! Why is this not implemented here???

Pretty sure these features indeed don't exist here. This is the original version of the game, which was made long before the smartphone ports.
