Still, the most bs you can do as a necromancer is popping into Hades and Planar Swapping on a tile, that has an enemy army in Elysium.

Edit: This one was the reason, why I suggested the Legacy idea as it would be crazy to meet this one as a legacy/boss on a new map.

All have immortality and spells that drain life. those are the keys for a great 1 man army
Seraph for Voice of El is on this level as well, although it also has upper limits, it can become ever more scarier due to the blessings growing and growing. The downside is that it's also blindingly stupid and so will just sorta...wander aimlessly.
I personally talk down the Demonic Lords from Demonologist, don't like them as much as the Demonic Lieutenants, but that's mostly a cost thing, if you're just wanting raw power, they do have that, I just feel you could do better getting 3 max-sacrifice lieutenants then one Lord.
Creeping Doom from Witch has some rules in its' text that make it functionally this, although I'll be the first to admit that it's...well.....It has its' unreliability due to its' dependence on poison damage, which a lot of things are immune to. The other downside is that it's...well....not an army leader, so if you're going to exploit this you need a sacrificial lamb.
Lammashta, a T2 summon for High Priestess, has non-Magical Invulnerability as well, and so will win many fights against 'infinite' units, although being significantly DPS-Slower then the Creeping doom, it'll end up pushing most fights into fatigue and so just sorta....die helpless to the timer if you try to 1 Lammashta v Baron. The other downside is the same as Creeping Doom, not a leader, so it'd need a sacrificial lamb.
Basically anything with Immortality becomes a 'safe' one man army, if you can sacrifice it infinitely, it can usually do something to enemy armies without losing anything personally. Typically the more impressive ones tend to be immortal casters, such as Liches, Vampires, or Bakemono Kunshus. But there are other exemplars, like the Phoenixes, which can kamikaze in and just erase a chunk of the front line of the enemy army, bit by bit.
Basically, a witch with all the charm spells equipped is essentially a one woman army.

I really got lucky with those magic items. I mourn the loss of this game, for I shall never see his like again. Rest in peace, ultimate warrior.
