I downloaded demo/prologue - my official xbox controller worked fine. I paid for the full game and now the main game and the prologue do not recognise the controller. Please can you fix?! - this game is no way near as fun using the keyboard!!

Are there any specific requirements for the Abaddon miniboss to spawn in chapter 3? I've completed about 25+ full runs in conquest mode and have never had him spawn (he's showing up just fine in gauntlet). Can anybody confirm that the guy is still in the game on the current patch? And If he is, are there any conditions that need to be met for him to finally grace me with his presence (and achievement)?...

Great game, but is there a way to change the Xbox button layout to Playstation? If not, are there plans to have an option to change the icons?

I click play, 2 secs and game has stopped working.

I purchased the full game but I am not getting the full game content. Feels like it's just the demo that downloads?
