Why is this game no longer available?

Just started going for the dev times, and I think found some kind of bug. I pressed the restart button as soon as I touched the finish line, and it restarted the stage, but it was blank, and then somehow I ended up with a PB that was .40 seconds faster than the dev time. I will try to repeat it on video to show exactly what happened. Also, for the sake of grinding for dev times, would like to see a "quick restart" setting that you can enable that just speeds up the reset process by a bit. Right now it ta...

I see there are dev times in game, but there is no way of easily tracking which levels you have the dev time on. Could we either get an achievement for every dev time and/or add a section on the stats page that shows X/36 dev times?
