DLC recommendations
Greetings,
I'm going to buy the V Rising base game soon. I read that the DLC's are all cosmetic in content. Are there any DLC(s) that are a must have to enhance the aesthetic appeal? Or should I buy the base game and call it good? I want to get what I need while it's on sale.

If you have a preference for the opulent, Dracula's Relics pack fills that nicely. But you should check out the store pages themselves and see what they offer and if it appeals to you.

I decided on Dracula's Relics and Sinister Evolution. Thanks for the advice/suggestion.

None of the DLCs are worth the money unless you listen to the people who think fashion and style are more important than anything else. For example, V-Rising still doesn't have an endgame, even though players are practically begging for it... The community has already suggested dungeons with random loot and thousands of other ideas to the developers. But they only give us overpriced cosmetics... If you want to support that, fine, your thing, but you will also send the developers feedback that this money-making scheme actually works.

Edit:
If you don't have the game yet, just buy the game itself first and then when you are sure that you really want or need these cosmetic DLCs, wait for next sale.

Just as a compromise^^

If you enjoy the game, all the DLC's are a must have to add to the collection.

They are mostly building / decorative map models for your castle, character cosmetics, horse variants and shapeshifting form variants. Founder's Pack: Eldest Bloodline comes with the game soundtrack. No expansions. Haunted Nights Castle Pack is free.

Base game and your good.
If you like playing then go for whichever cosmetics you like most. You can check them all out on youtube to really see if you'll like the whole package.
I got the steampunk one, love the oldschool mask and castle decorations.

Good luck, have fun :brotherblood::spg2devil::mead:

Vampires don't need to look pretty that is why you have the customization mirror XD. Have you not learned by now from Castlevania the pretty ones die...lol.

That depends on what type of vampire you are specifically.

If you enjoy royal aesthetics, castles, and clothes that yell, "YES, this guy is a rich aristocrat" then buy the Castlevania pack. Right now it's one of the fanciest and has tons of cosmetic items.

If you enjoy a more grim and sinister approach and love Frankenstein plus some plague doctor/scientist vibes like me, then without a doubt buy SINISTER EVOLUTION.

By the way, you can get free Halloween DLC; it has some nice cosmetic items for Castle too.

I will pick up the Castlevania pack during the winter sale. It's coming up soon. Thanks for the detailed info.

Little late to the party but buy it if you like the game. I think the game is amazing and if you want to support the devs to make more amazing stuff then it's 100% worth it.
