V Bloods and Unsullied Hearts

Do unsullied hearts only drop from a V Blood the first time you kill it?

Unsullied Hearts can drop from any enemy, but they are more likely to drop from higher-level enemies.
I've seen them drop from trash mobs more than a few times, but it is rare.

Thanks for the quick response, but can they drop more than once from a V Blood if it is repeatedly killed?

its a random chance each time they die, yeah. I've farmed the same 2 or 3 bosses in a loop for mats when the pvp is light.

edit: i found it much harder to get Exquisite hearts. :(

Personally speaking I have always got a heart from the first time I killed the early V Bloods but never subsequently, hence the question.

In my experience you can get them from v bloods a second or third time etc.. but.. it is RNG and not a really reliable way to get more. You will get them randomly just playing the game and clearing camps. They seem impossible to find when you want them but if you just play and farm for things you will eventually just have a massive amount.. by the end game I had like 2 blood cabinets full of just blood essence I got from all the hearts I had been collecting.
